With our strong experienced project organization we are capable of handling large turn-key projects from engineering to production, installation and commissioning. We design tooling with optimized efficiency of heat-up/cool-down rates, spring-back behaviour, accuracy and weight.
The aerospace industry requires flexibility from its supplier, which we at Dutch-Shape are able to answer. It is very common that a tooling project needs to be started before the final product data is finished and available.

By using different stages in engineering we are able to start the project at an early stage which benefits short lead times and avoids delay in the production schedule of the customer.
Accurate
Within our in-house production facility we are able to weld (certified) and machine tooling up to a single length of 26 m to the nearest tolerance.
Sustainable
We design tooling with optimized efficiency of heat-up/cool-down rates, spring-back behaviour, accuracy and weight.
